Welcome to day zero of my pastry academy journey. My name is Alison and I just left my job as an electrical engineer to pursue a dream of learning more about baking and all the tips and tricks I could use to one day bake for the masses.
Tomorrow starts this journey at the Pastry Academy UK in Cheltenham England. This pastry academy offers a 5 week course that will teach me everything from macarons to chocolate bon bons to viennoiserie. Each day will come with a new skill, tip, or trick, and I cannot wait to share my journey here. Tune in tomorrow for the beginning of it all.
